About The Position

IndeVets is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to practice great medicine without sacrificing life outside the clinic. We offer a reimagined approach to associate veterinary roles, replacing rigid contracts with sustainable career paths. This model puts veterinarians in control of their schedules, guarantees their income, and provides hands-on support and a trusted community. As a full-time W-2 veterinarian working 4-5 days per week, you will build a schedule you control by choosing your preferred workdays. A dedicated scheduling coordinator will build your schedule in advance, offering clarity and predictability. IndeVets handles scheduling, logistics, and coordination, allowing you to focus on practicing medicine. You will have a guaranteed salary with the option to earn more by picking up additional shifts, which can be paid out or converted into additional PTO. You will practice across a network of trusted hospital partners, gaining diverse clinical experience and building relationships with teams. The role offers the consistency, benefits, and professional support of a full-time employer, with no shift chasing, income uncertainty, or last-minute schedule gaps. The position emphasizes practicing medicine your way with no production quotas, no negative accrual, no restrictive non-competes, and clinical autonomy focused on patient care. You will have dedicated medical leadership, mentorship, and a collaborative community of fellow veterinarians, including access to a veterinary social worker. Ongoing CE and professional development opportunities are provided. The career model is designed to prevent burnout and offers leadership and mentorship opportunities, exposure to diverse clinical settings, and flexibility to evolve your schedule over time.
