About The Position

White Mountain Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join its growing team. The opportunity is suitable for new graduates and experienced veterinarians. The clinic treats dogs, cats, exotics, and large animals and provides services including wellness exams, surgery, dental care, orthopedics, and urgent care. Its facilities include climate-controlled indoor large-animal facilities and spacious kennels, supported by digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratories, and dental equipment. The practice describes its culture as collaborative and team-focused, with skilled technicians, dedicated client service representatives, and leadership support. The role offers medical autonomy alongside support from the practice's medical systems and team.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
• Compassionate, client-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication and client-education skills.
• Collaborative approach and commitment to continuous growth and excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Experience or interest in exotics, soft-tissue surgery, or orthopedic surgery.
• Medical Director experience or interest.
• The role is friendly to new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide veterinary care to patients, including dogs, cats, exotics, and large animals.
• Build long-term client relationships through compassionate, client-centered care.
• Provide medical services such as wellness care, surgery, dentistry, orthopedics, and urgent care as applicable.
