About The Position
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is seeking an associate attorney to join its Surety & Fidelity team in the Roseland, New Jersey office. The ideal candidate is a commercial litigator with at least three years of experience litigating in federal and state courts in both New York and New Jersey. Experience with surety, construction litigation, and/or insurance coverage matters is a plus. The expected salary range is $175,000–$195,000. The actual base salary may depend on factors such as the role, qualifications, relevant experience, and certifications or professional licenses. The salary range is one component of the firm’s total compensation and benefits package, which includes discretionary bonuses and insurance and savings plan benefits. Requirements
