About The Position

Animal Urgent Care of Bentonville is seeking a part-time Associate Veterinarian to provide urgent care for pets. The hospital serves pets and families when primary care veterinarians are closed or unable to accommodate urgent needs, and is equipped with a modern facility and state-of-the-art equipment. The veterinarian will demonstrate role-model characteristics, be open to mentoring, motivate staff, and help build and maintain morale in alignment with the hospital’s core values and standards. The role promotes a collaborative working environment, requires leadership and teamwork, and includes willingly performing duties needed to help the hospital function as a unit. The position offers flexible scheduling and has no overnight shifts.

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university.
Active veterinary state license in Arkansas.
Current DEA License or ability to obtain one upon hire.
USDA Accreditation or ability to obtain it upon hire.

Responsibilities

Provide veterinary urgent care to pets.
