Part Time Associate Urgent Care Veterinarian
About The Position
Animal Urgent Care of Bentonville is seeking a part-time Associate Veterinarian to provide urgent care for pets. The veterinarian will deliver exceptional patient care and embody role-model characteristics while supporting and mentoring staff, motivating the team, and helping build and maintain morale in alignment with the hospital’s core values and standards. The role promotes a collaborative working environment and requires leadership, teamwork, and a willingness to help the hospital function as a unit. The hospital has a modern facility and state-of-the-art equipment. Scheduling is flexible, with no overnight shifts.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university.
- Active veterinary state license in Arkansas.
- Current DEA license, or obtain one upon hire.
- USDA accreditation, or obtain it upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide veterinary care for pets needing urgent care.
- Serve as a role model and be open to mentoring staff.
- Motivate staff and help build and maintain morale.
- Promote a collaborative working environment and demonstrate leadership and teamwork.
- Willingly perform duties as necessary to help the hospital function as a unit.
