About The Position
The Village Veterinarian in Chelan, Washington, is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their established, full-service hospital. This role offers a blend of high-quality general practice and daytime urgent care, providing a diverse caseload without the demands of overnight or weekend emergency medicine. Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an AVMA accredited institution.
- For non-AVMA graduates: ECFVG or PAVE program in progress.
- Active state veterinary license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Strong diagnostic, surgical, and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and client education abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to animal care.

Benefits
- Guaranteed Base Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 (DOE) + 20% Production with No Negative Accrual
- Estimated Earning Potential Per Year: $200k+ (base salary & production)
