About The Position
Redwood Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian who values teamwork, quality medicine, and client communication. The veterinarian will provide comprehensive wellness, medical, and surgical care while collaborating with a supportive, experienced veterinary team. The role includes educating clients and building long-term relationships with pet families, with opportunities to explore and develop clinical interests such as dentistry, ultrasound, surgery, feline medicine, or exotics. Redwood Veterinary Hospital is a well-established, AAHA-accredited hospital in Vallejo, California, serving the community for more than 40 years. The practice has a loyal client base, a diverse caseload, in-house ultrasound, endoscopy, a comprehensive laboratory, digital and dental radiology, a paperless workflow, and highly skilled professional support staff. The hospital is open seven days a week and refers after-hours emergencies to local emergency hospitals. Nearby specialists include those at UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine.
Requirements
- DVM or VMD licensed in California, or eligible for California licensure.
