About The Position

IndeVets is reimagining the associate veterinarian role by offering sustainable career paths, putting veterinarians in control of their schedules, and guaranteeing income. This full-time W-2 position allows veterinarians to build a schedule they control by choosing their preferred work days (4-5 days per week). A dedicated scheduling coordinator builds the schedule in advance, providing clarity and predictability. IndeVets handles scheduling, logistics, and coordination, allowing veterinarians to focus on practicing medicine. The role offers a guaranteed salary with the option to earn more through additional shifts, which can be paid out or converted to PTO. Veterinarians will practice across a network of trusted hospital partners, gaining diverse clinical experience, with opportunities to include surgery, dentistry, ER, or urgent care shifts. Requirements

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent).
• Active license (or ability to obtain).
• DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable).
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting.
• Confidence practicing independently.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Nice To Haves

• GP, ER, or urgent care experience.
• Internship training.
