About The Position

All God’s Creatures Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative and welcoming team! For a new graduate, this is an especially great environment to begin your career. You won't be expected to figure everything out on your own. Our doctors enjoy teaching and collaborating, and we can provide hands-on mentorship as you build confidence in medicine, surgery, dentistry, and case management. Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
  • Active state veterinary license or ability to obtain one
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach to veterinary medicine
  • Commitment to compassionate patient care and excellent client service

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to companion animals
  • Perform wellness and preventive care exams, diagnostics, dentistry, and routine procedures
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate recommendations clearly with clients
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and their pets
  • Collaborate with fellow veterinarians and support staff on patient care
  • Maintain accurate medical records and uphold high standards of veterinary medicine
