About The Position

Springwood Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced veterinarian to join their busy, established practice. The role involves practicing high-quality general practice medicine and surgery, including wellness, medical cases, dentistry, and surgery. The veterinarian will also manage urgent, same-day, and walk-in cases, offering a diverse caseload without a traditional urgent-care schedule. The position offers an exceptional work-life balance with a 3-day work week and 4 days off, and opportunities for leadership growth within a collaborative and empowered team environment. The hospital has been serving the Spring/Klein community for over 35 years with a loyal client base.

Requirements

• Experienced DVM with strong GP skills
• Comfortable managing urgent and walk-in cases
• Confident working independently
• Comfortable performing routine soft-tissue surgery
• Strong communicator and team player
• Interested in developing as a leader
• Texas licensed or eligible
• Willing to work at least one Saturday/month

Responsibilities
