About The Position
IndeVets is seeking a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This role offers a unique approach to veterinary medicine, prioritizing veterinarian wellbeing by offering flexible scheduling, guaranteed income, and comprehensive support. As a part-time W-2 employee working 1-3 days per week, you will have control over your schedule, with a dedicated coordinator building your schedule in advance. The position involves practicing medicine across various trusted hospital settings, providing diverse clinical experience without the burden of production quotas, negative accrual, or restrictive non-competes. You will have clinical autonomy, supported by medical leadership, mentorship, and a community of fellow veterinarians, including access to a veterinary social worker. Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
