The position includes mentorship and opportunities to learn the end-to-end project delivery process and the associated design tools. The estimated compensation is $70,000 to $80,000. The actual offer may vary based on education, experience, skills, abilities, and alignment with market data. Requirements

Have a firm grasp of design fundamentals, demonstrated by a strong portfolio of digital projects.
Show meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for typography and visual hierarchy.
Communicate clearly and effectively when articulating design concepts and rationales.
Be proficient in Figma.
Have a positive attitude and a desire to grow in a collaborative, inspiring teamwork environment.

Responsibilities

Work with design leads to create compelling interactive experiences.
Perform user research and develop information architecture, user goals, journey maps, design wireframes, and visual interfaces.
Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution across project deliverables.
Work with strategy consultants to understand clients’ business and project objectives.
Learn the end-to-end project delivery process and associated design tools.
