About The Position

Marble makes it possible for kids to get real therapy. School social workers can see which students need care, and too often have nowhere to send them: waitlists are long, and clinicians who take insurance and work with children are hard to find. Marble is where those referrals go. We provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and families across New York City and New York State. Marble was founded by an experienced team, including two co-founders of Headway. Our clinical leadership includes LCSWs and child psychiatrists with decades of experience in youth mental health, and our therapists work closely with them to shape both how we deliver care and how the company runs. Marble's clinical team is committed to delivering high-quality care to children, adolescents, and families referred by school social workers throughout New York City and New York State. Our therapists provide support in various settings, including individual, family, and group therapy, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.

Requirements

NY LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker)
Strong foundation in evidence-based practices
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Passion for serving children and families
Growth mindset, welcoming feedback and engaging in supervision
Cultural competence, adept at working with diverse populations

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
Tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
Work closely with clinical leadership to shape care delivery and company operations.
