About The Position

Brave Health is seeking full-time Associate Therapists to provide outpatient mental health services through its telehealth program. The role is performed remotely from the employee’s home and serves patients across the lifespan through commercial health plans as well as Medicaid and Medicare. Qualified employees may receive free supervision. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with shift options of 10 a.m.–7 p.m. or 11 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern Time. Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates may receive additional compensation.

Requirements

• Master’s-level degree and licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• A private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
• Ability to develop treatment plans.
• Comfort using technology throughout the workday, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals.
• Ability to use comprehensive assessments.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish fluency is preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Candidates must meet qualifications to receive free supervision.
