About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking pre-licensed therapists in the Newark area who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Therapists provide outpatient mental healthcare, with a hybrid schedule offering telemedicine and in-person flexibility. The role is part of a clinical team and includes supervision and/or client contact hours needed for licensure. Candidates may work with adult, child, and/or adolescent populations. The position offers a compensation model based on productivity, with compensation of $75,000 or more and uncapped earning potential. LifeStance provides administrative support, digital technology, modern offices, a collegial work environment, and a full benefits package. Full-time work is available.
Requirements
- Able to gain licensure in the state.
- Require supervision and/or client contact hours.
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
