About The Position

T-Mobile is seeking a technically strong, proactive Associate Technical Product Manager intern for Summer 2027. The intern will gain hands-on experience on a high-impact initiative within T-Mobile for Business, developing a deep understanding of enterprise systems and contributing to solution designs and delivery. This is not limited to gathering requirements or coordinating activities: the role involves connecting business needs to technical designs, identifying dependencies across platforms, and helping drive an initiative from business discovery through delivery, with guidance and mentorship. The intern will work with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, engineers, and quality assurance to understand objectives and customer pain points, define requirements, analyze processes, and assess technical feasibility. They will support end-to-end initiative ownership, clarify milestones and dependencies, address risks and open questions, and help ensure testing, validation, and delivery readiness. The ideal candidate is curious, resourceful, organized, and comfortable with ambiguity. They take initiative, communicate complex technical ideas clearly, and persistently follow work through to completion. Applicants must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future, and have at least one course remaining in a bachelor's or graduate degree program after the internship. Current T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile employees are ineligible for external Summer Internships. Relocation assistance is available to program participants who live more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $27 to $50 per hour, with actual pay based on education and STEM versus non-STEM designation.
