Associate Technical Analyst
About The Position
The Associate Technical Analyst, Endpoint Solutions (Asset) designs, implements, and manages standards, processes, systems, and solutions for endpoint technologies, supporting a consistent enterprise-level experience while helping reduce overall business costs. The role focuses on endpoint asset management and logistics and supports the Endpoint Solutions team. It is full-time and onsite in Zeeland, Michigan. The position supports IT Depot logistics, including inventory and stock management, equipment staging and processing, shipping and receiving, disposal, equipment returns, retail and showroom setup, supply management, and depot organization. It also coordinates with resources and business partners, identifies process improvements, upholds service-level agreements, and contributes to continuous service enhancement.

Responsibilities
- Support the Asset Management team in IT Depot logistics activities.
- Manage IT Depot stock and assets, including receiving and inventory management.
- Stage, ship, receive, dispose of, and physically process equipment.
- Coordinate with other resources and business partners.
- Set up and stage retail and showroom equipment.
- Maintain the upkeep and organization of the general IT Depot.
- Manage logistics supplies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Facilitate equipment returns, including logistics and processing.
- Uphold Service Level Agreements to ensure timely resolution and appropriate ownership of incidents and requests.
- Participate in service enhancement with a focus on continuous improvement.
