About The Position
CGI is seeking a highly motivated Technical Analyst with experience in pharmaceutical technology support. The role must be performed from Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. The analyst performs and delivers an associated IT service, defines its scope and objectives, prepares technical deliverables or contributes to related deliverables, analyzes and revises system logic and documentation, and devises or modifies procedures to resolve problems while considering equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and desired results.
Requirements
- Experience with AWS.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Strong SQL experience.
- Data analysis and data analytics experience.
- Strong Oracle background and experience.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Spotfire.
- Experience delivering solutions with AI.
- Good communication and soft skills, including client-facing skills and the ability to elicit requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform and deliver the associated IT service.
- Define the scope and objectives of the IT service.
- Prepare technical deliverables and/or provide input to other deliverables related to the IT service.
- Analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.
- Devise or modify procedures to resolve problems, considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and desired results.
