About The Position

As a new graduate in the Systems Engineering role, the Associate Systems Engineer assists in supporting the planning, development, and evaluation of system solutions across a variety of technical activities. The role contributes to analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and communication efforts to help ensure systems meet user and program needs.

Requirements

• Applicants must be pursuing a master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field, or must have completed a master's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Nice To Haves

• Coursework and/or experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, systems analysis and design, system performance modeling, integration, project management, and/or model-based systems engineering.
• Familiarity with Rhapsody.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational analysis and develop concepts of operations, design, and implementation plans.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and cases.
• Conduct tests and document results.
• Use software tools and scripting, and troubleshoot software and hardware.
• Analyze system requirements from end systems and users.
• Support development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures.
• Develop and deliver presentations communicating design activity plans and status to internal and external customers.
