About The Position

Associate IT Systems Engineers monitor, install, configure, debug, administer, troubleshoot, and maintain technology solutions. They provide technical support, troubleshoot problems, and perform scripting or programming to ensure stable and efficient operation of technology solutions. Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting Linux, MQ, SQL Server, SFT, and REST.
• Experience working with these technologies, their interfaces, and their integration.
• Experience working in one or more environments integrated with an operating system.

Responsibilities

• Install, monitor, test, configure, migrate, maintain, and troubleshoot assigned technology.
• Manage system and application environments and ongoing operations.
• Ensure technologies are updated with current, stable, compliant architectures and applications that meet enterprise standards.
• Research, design, implement, and test technology solutions.
• Proactively monitor and report performance and utilization of assigned technologies.
• Troubleshoot software and/or hardware issues and failures.
• Provide technical support and perform scripting or programming to support stable and efficient operations.
