About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Hazelwood, MO. This role assists in analyzing post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities. The specialist will enter, track, monitor, and coordinate customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders, as well as process material returned from customers. Additionally, the role involves assisting in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services, including repair capabilities, capacity, and performance, and processing documentation associated with repair items and warranty claims.

Requirements

1+ years’ experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
1+ years’ experience with Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
1+ years’ experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions
1+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management).
Basic understanding of constraint process
Experience in using the GOLD system

Responsibilities
