Associate Supply Chain Specialist
About The Position
Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Warner Robins, GA. This position is for Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) support. You will be responsible for monitoring and providing error maintenance for system update and transaction report from GOLD and ELMS via DAAS using the Material Accountability module. This includes, but is not limited to, reporting all transactions for Contractor managed and possessed GFM/GFE to the GFM-A Accountable Property System of Record (APSR / "AFEMS and ELMS"). The C-17 System Program Office (SPO) and the Contractor will be jointly responsible for maintaining and updating item indicative data in ELMS.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
- Experience using Microsoft Office Products like PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel
- 1+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
- Requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) and US Air Force supply policy and procedures, and logistics data systems
- Experience with the Boeing Government On-Line Data (GOLD) computer system
Responsibilities
- Analyze postproduction supply chain data to ensure processes are in accordance with Inventory Control Point policies and procedures.
- Analyze records in GOLD database to reconcile with ELMS via DAAS using the Material Accountability module developed by Tapestry.
- Review Department of Defense, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and United States Air Force policies and procedures.
- Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance
