Associate Strategist

Chalice Custom Algorithms
•$79,000 - $94,000•Remote

About The Position

The Associate Strategist is a junior, entry-level role on Chalice’s Customer Strategy team. Working closely with senior strategists, the Associate Strategist owns the operational rhythm of a portfolio of roughly four to six accounts. The role focuses on ensuring campaigns launch on schedule, monitoring delivery and performance, maintaining accurate records and reporting, and identifying issues early. It is hands-on and detail-oriented, with structured support and a meaningful first-year focus on learning the programmatic ecosystem, Chalice’s products, and client strategy. During the first 90 days, the employee will learn the products and ecosystem while shadowing client calls and taking over reporting; then coordinate launches and manage pacing; and ultimately take ownership of a portfolio with a senior strategist alongside. The role offers a defined progression into Customer Strategy, management or individual-contributor leadership, and potentially Solutions Architecture at senior level.
