About The Position

The Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) is a global manufacturing graduate program designed to identify, hire, and develop future Manufacturing Leaders. This 3-year rotation program invests in participants' development through exposure and experience across the business, preparing them for leadership roles. It offers experiential and formal learning opportunities to build a technical foundation, with coaching from senior leaders, exposure to manufacturing challenges, and training from industry experts. Participants will contribute to significant projects and make decisions impacting pharmaceutical manufacturing and global delivery. The program aims to provide candidates with a broad perspective of core manufacturing functions and develop talent for future leadership positions within the Manufacturing Division through focused development in key leadership and technical skills. Successful candidates will experience three (3) one-year rotations, with a minimum of two (2) in technically focused roles within operations, technical operations, or quality organizations.
