About The Position

The Associate Sourcing Recruiter will help grow Aya Healthcare’s Interim Leadership service line. Working with the Interim Leadership team, the role proactively initiates contact with high-level clinical leaders and introduces them to Interim Leadership career opportunities. The team aims to provide clinical leaders with an excellent experience through proactive outreach, strong rapport, and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; any field of study is considered.
• Strong drive and a competitive mindset, with a record of personal or professional achievement.
• Career-oriented, with a demonstrated desire for growth and long-term advancement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team as a motivated self-starter.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, performance-driven recruiting organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, associations, Indeed, and the internal database to source candidates and grow the Interim Leadership candidate database.
• Conduct career discussions with prospective candidates to explain the Aya Interim Program and identify suitable roles.
• Generate candidates for hard-to-fill specialties.
• Identify new candidate-generation avenues.
• Maintain accurate candidate records.
• Support recruiters with difficult searches.
• Lead referral email campaigns.
