About The Position

This position would include managing the Vivaz social media page and light office work. This position requires 24 hours a week with a varied shift schedule within spa hours. Vivaz Medical Spa Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM Wednesday and Thursday 8:00AM - 7:00PM. Assist the social media strategists in planning, developing and executing social media strategies including, copywriting, graphic design, video editing and photography.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in graphic design, journalism, communications, marketing, English, or related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in social media content creation required.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Google My Business, etc.) required.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Three years of experience is preferred.
  • Experience with social media marketing and reporting platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout, Salesforce, Spredfast, Google Analytics, Adobe, Canva, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create an engaging and eye-catching social content in various formats including video, still image, basic animation, etc.
  • Post and schedule using a social media management platform.
  • Demonstrate aptitude in graphic design and illustration, video editing, photography/photo editing and manipulation, writing copy for social media and basic GIF animation.
  • Assist in the planning, managing, and executing of social media initiatives in support of enterprise goals, in collaboration with internal cross functional teams; assist with day to day social activities and tools.
  • Assist in managing additional social media platforms, including, but not limited to: google my business, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Yelp national and local market pages.
  • Support internal network of local social media practitioners and headquarters based rapid response team, including monthly content guidance, webinars and best practice training.
  • Communicate well in short form with maximum accuracy and in accordance with brand standards, voice and tone.
  • Demonstrate basic understanding of the concept of collaborative processes.
  • Demonstrate fresh and compelling ideas in own work.
  • Exhibit interest in new ideas and experimentation.
  • Obtain information regarding key players, key issues and key strategies in own unit.
  • Organize key points and supporting information for a topic as appropriate for the audience.
  • Support the mission, vision and objectives.
