About The Position

Under supervision, with latitude for independent initiative and judgment, this role is responsible for the general management of the Parks Information Technology and Telecommunications (ITT) worksite. The position involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving computer operations issues, providing workstation support to desktop users, and conducting hardware and software installations. The Associate Site Administrator will respond to escalated requests for assistance in a timely manner, perform follow-up on existing and closed work orders, and serve as a point of escalation to address customer concerns and prioritize workflow when necessary. This role may also require floating to cover vacancies at other Site Administrator locations.

Requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in computer science, engineering or a related field and four years of satisfactory full-time experience related to information technology service management, process management, operations.
  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and eight years of satisfactory full-time experience related to information technology service management, process management, operations.
  • Education and/or experience which is equivalent to the above qualifications.
