About The Position

As an Associate Sales Representative, you will support the sales team by promoting Stryker's Sage products, with a focus on Injury and Infection Prevention solutions, to healthcare providers. You will conduct product demonstrations, help manage customer relationships, and provide support to ensure client satisfaction. The position includes participating in training programs, attending industry events, and collaborating with the sales team to help achieve business goals. It offers an opportunity to gain experience and advance into a more senior sales role within Stryker.

The role is field-based and involves 60% travel. The listed pay is $71,500, with potential eligibility for bonuses and benefits. Employees in sales and field roles requiring access to customer accounts may be required to obtain a COVID-19 vaccination, depending on customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0+ years of professional experience.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote Sage products to nurses, clinicians, and appropriate hospital staff while providing excellent customer service and developing customer relationships.
• Complete extensive product training and use product knowledge and customer understanding to tailor promotional messages, advise on product selection, answer questions about product functionality, and distinguish Sage products from competitors.
• Assist with hospital surveys and post-sale implementation and training, including supporting customer adoption and satisfaction.
• Promote customer satisfaction through teamwork, empowerment, consultative problem-solving, honesty, integrity, and responsive customer service.
• Assist with the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
• Follow facility protocols and applicable OSHA guidelines when conducting product evaluations.
