About The Position

As an Associate Sales Representative focused on Injury and Infection Prevention, you will support the sales team by promoting Stryker’s Sage products to healthcare providers. You will help conduct product demonstrations, build customer relationships, and provide responsive customer support. The role includes product training, participation in industry events, and collaboration with the sales team to help achieve business goals. It offers an opportunity to gain experience and advance into a more senior sales role within Stryker. The position is field-based and includes 30% travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0+ years of professional experience.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote Sage products to nurses, clinicians, and appropriate hospital staff while providing excellent customer service and developing customer relationships.
• Complete product training and use product and customer knowledge to tailor promotional messages, advise on product selection, answer questions about product functionality, and distinguish Sage products from competitors.
• Assist with hospital surveys and post-sale implementation and training, including supporting customer adoption and satisfaction.
• Promote customer satisfaction through teamwork, empowerment, consultative problem-solving, honesty, integrity, and responsive customer service.
• Assist with the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
• Follow facility protocols and applicable OSHA guidelines when conducting product evaluations.
