About The Position

As an Interventional Spine Associate Sales Representative, you will be a field-based individual assisting in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Interventional Spine products to meet customer needs. The role involves confidently conducting product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating product value. You will systematically track territory progress and proactively communicate findings with your Regional Manager and supporting Sales Representative(s) to exceed goals. You are expected to use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and educate doctors, nurses, and other staff on proper product use and maintenance. Meticulous management and maintenance of sample inventory are crucial, and you must be prepared to assist customers as needed. This role is for challengers who seek out hard projects, teammates who collaborate, charismatic networkers, strategic closers who exceed objectives, customer-oriented achievers with a strong work ethic, and persistent game changers dedicated to making healthcare better. You may also be asked to cover open territories, providing opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree from an Accredited University
  • 1-2 years in an outside sales position

Responsibilities
