This role is for an Interventional Spine Sales Representative, a field-based position focused on strategically promoting and selling Stryker Interventional Spine products to meet customer needs. The representative will conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrating the value of the products. Key aspects of the role include systematically tracking territory progress, communicating achievements with the Regional Manager, and striving to exceed goals. The representative will also solve product problems on-site with clients, educate doctors, nurses, and other staff on proper product use and maintenance, and provide excellent customer service.
