About The Position

As an Interventional Spine Associate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for strategically promoting and selling Stryker Interventional Spine products to meet customer needs. This role involves conducting product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, demonstrating product value, and tracking territory progress. You will communicate findings with your Regional Manager and supporting Sales Representative(s) to exceed goals. Key duties include solving product problems, educating doctors, nurses, and staff on product use and maintenance, and meticulously managing sample inventory. The position is field-based and may require covering open territories, offering opportunities for growth. Stryker is a leading medical technology company focused on improving healthcare.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree from an Accredited University
  • 1-2 years in an outside sales position

Responsibilities

  • Assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Interventional Spine products to meet our customers’ needs
  • Confidently conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings
  • Persuasively demonstrate the value of Stryker products
  • Systematically track territory progress
  • Proactively communicate findings with your Regional Manager and Sales Representative(s) you are supporting to push yourself to exceed each goal
  • Solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products when onsite with clients
  • Meticulously manage and maintain your sample inventory of products
  • Be prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises
  • May be asked to cover open territories
