Associate Sales Representative - Sage (12- month Contract)
About The Position
As an Associate Sales Representative, you will promote Stryker Sage Products to nurses/clinicians and appropriate hospital staff while providing excellent customer service and developing customer relationships. Develop and utilize a deep understanding of products, customers, and their needs to improve patient outcomes and increase sales and market share. Collaborate with and provide support to the Sales Representative to drive sales and achieve quotas. Participate in hospital surveys, product implementation, and post-sales training, ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Actively participate in national, regional, and local trade shows. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through strong communication, management of delivery dates, problem-solving through a consultative approach, in-service training, and coordination of product repairs.
Requirements
- University Degree
- 1+ years of experience
- Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Degree in nursing or other health-related disciplines
- 1+ years of experience in Outside Sales
- 1+ years of experience working in a hospital or other clinical setting
