About The Position

This posting is to advertise potential job opportunities. The Cisco Sales Associate Program (CSAP) is a 12-month global accelerator designed to develop high-potential individuals into Sales Champions. The program is built on a model of Education, Exposure, and Experience, offering a clear progression. Participants will train alongside a diverse cohort, building a professional network in a hub-based environment that provides a "safe-to-fail" setting for mastering skills through AI customer simulations and mentored on-the-job activities. Associates will collaborate with Cisco Associate Solutions Engineers to provide technical solutions that drive business outcomes, expanding expertise across Collaboration, Security, Networking, and Cloud. Learning will be guided by industry experts and dedicated coaches using Cisco's technology. Each associate will be paired with a mentor, a CSAP alumnus, and supported by a team committed to their success, aiming to earn industry-standard certifications and gain expertise for technical sales opportunities. The program emphasizes experiential growth through coached, real-world practice. A key component is the AI-First Mandate, where associates will build strong AI skills using advanced learning platforms and artificial intelligence to design technical solutions and improve strategic decision-making. High-performers can fast-track into quota-carrying roles before the program concludes. Upon completion, associates transition into an Inside Account Executive role within the Global Virtual Sales (GVS) team, partnering with Solutions Engineers to uncover opportunities and build customer and partner relationships.
