This is an exciting period for Tris as they expand their sales force to support their growing ADHD portfolio. The National Sales force consists of field-based representatives who act as a direct link between the company and healthcare providers (HCPs) and clients. A unique opportunity exists for an Associate Sales Representative or Pharma Sales Representative, with the title determined by experience. The territory covers Cincinnati, Dayton, and surrounding areas, requiring the qualified candidate to reside within the territory. This is a field-based position demanding 100% travel.

Requirements

  • Associate Sales Rep: Bachelor's degree or higher education.
  • Associate Sales Rep: Demonstrated interest in sales, healthcare, or business development with a self-motivated/competitive spirit and eagerness to learn.
  • Associate Sales Rep: Strong presentation skills.
  • Associate Sales Rep: Ability to quickly learn, understand, and effectively communicate scientific and medical information to external customers.
  • Associate Sales Rep: Analytical thinking with problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Associate Sales Rep: Planning, organization, and time management skills, including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Associate Sales Rep: Valid US driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Pharmaceutical Sales Rep: Bachelor's degree or higher education.
  • Pharmaceutical Sales Rep: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, business-to-business (B2B), capital equipment, medical device, and/or related industry.
  • Pharmaceutical Sales Rep: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully and independently growing and managing a territory.
  • Pharmaceutical Sales Rep: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex sales and technical data and to develop strategic and actionable business plans.
  • Pharmaceutical Sales Rep: Experience conducting successful consultative, solutions-oriented sales calls.
  • Pharmaceutical Sales Rep: Excellent presentation skills and experience.
  • Pharmaceutical Sales Rep: Ability to quickly learn, understand, and effectively communicate scientific and medical information to external customers.
  • Pharmaceutical Sales Rep: Scientific and business acumen.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate Sales Rep: Prior experience in a leadership or leadership development-based role (i.e., industry, collegiate, athletic, military, etc.).
  • Associate Sales Rep: Prior experience in a sales or management development program.

Responsibilities

  • Adheres to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, processes, and compliance guidelines, ensuring knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements to appropriately respond to sales inquiries, disseminate scientific information, and report Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs).
  • Conducts office visits to establish, develop, and maintain successful business partnerships with targeted healthcare providers (HCPs) and their staff within the assigned geographical territory.
  • Increases awareness through appropriate scientific information and educational programs for medical professionals.
  • Collaborates closely with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to establish and execute a specific and integrated action plan for the assigned region to achieve defined territory and sales goals.
  • Clearly understands and implements sales and marketing strategies/plans to achieve sales objectives for assigned products.
  • Assists in market development efforts and identifies new prescriber opportunities.
  • Supports product promotion activities for the company's portfolio of branded products and delivers approved messaging and materials with professionalism, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Documents all field activity in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and manages territory metrics as required.
  • Attends team meetings, training sessions, and ride-alongs for ongoing development.
