About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate at the Harley-Davidson Museum Shop delivers exceptional customer service, assists guests with purchases, and helps create a memorable retail experience. The position is part-time and onsite at the Harley-Davidson Museum.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions.
• Enthusiasm for Harley-Davidson and its brand culture.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests, answer questions, and assist with product selection.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain store appearance by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
• Assist with promotional events and sales initiatives.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Harley-Davidson products and brand history.
• Uphold security measures and loss prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance the customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
