Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or other fields
  • Experienced with Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a high-volume portfolio of accounts
  • Business acumen and ability to analyze data to address customer situations.
  • Strong communication and follow up skills
  • Self-motivated, goal and detail oriented, persistent and dependable
  • Ability to establish relationships and work in a team environment
  • Proven experience with customer contracts, understanding terms & conditions and identifying potential issues

Responsibilities

  • Execute renewal planning activities collaborating with Account Executives and Project Managers to ensure renewal objectives are aligned and ready for execution.
  • Track renewal risks and key account updates in CRM, escalating concerns as needed.
  • Assist in coordinating cross-functional activities to support successful renewals.
  • Develop a working knowledge of customer contracts, subscription agreements, pricing terms, and renewal requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver renewal quotes and proposals for assigned accounts.
  • Process contract amendments, true-ups, and other renewal-related transactions.
  • Support pricing and contract discussions in collaboration with senior team members when necessary.
  • Ensure renewals are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity, forecast, and renewal records in CRM and related systems.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Professional Services teams to resolve renewal-related issues.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer renewal inquiries.
  • Connect customers with available resources, including training, webinars, events, licensing support, and escalation channels.
  • Build positive working relationships with customers and help ensure they receive value from products and services.
  • Manage a portfolio of renewal opportunities and support retention goals.
  • Identify potential renewal risks and growth opportunities and communicate them to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Monitor renewal progress and help drive activities that support customer retention and recurring revenue.
