About The Position

Reports directly to the VP of Operations or Talent Manager and is responsible for the external sourcing of staff and identification of prospective clients, servicing the staffing operations of the department. Associate Recruiters provide excellent customer service to both field staff and clients.

Requirements

High School Education required
Ability to effectively communicate in English - verbal and written
Strong computer skills: comfort with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Additional languages preferred
Previous Recruitment or Customer Service Experience preferred

Responsibilities

Recruit new candidates and manage current field staff.
Calls a volume of candidates per day as assigned by Talent Manager or VP of Operations
Build pipeline of candidates as a resource for leads
Determines applicant qualifications by conducting interviews; analyzing responses; comparing experience to job requirements.
Works along with HR Coordinators to ensure candidates are compliant prior to job placement.
Communicate to team any potential employee issues as they arise to determine the best corrective course.
Customer Service to both clients and external employees.
Performs all other duties as assigned by Talent Manager
Demonstrate ability to work independently
Supports and executes the mission, ethics, and goals of the company effectively.
Represents themselves in a positive and professional manner in the company and community.
Adheres to dress code with a clean and neat professional appearance.
Reports on time and as scheduled to complete work within designated time.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures outlined in Employee Handbook, Employee Agreement, or communicated from executive team.
