About The Position
McMichael & Gray, P.C. is seeking an experienced Associate Real Estate Attorney for its Myrtle Beach/Conway area, South Carolina office. The role offers the opportunity to join an established, high-performing team at a rapidly growing real estate law firm with an existing office and steady firm business. The attorney will work collaboratively with experienced attorneys and support staff while managing residential real estate transactions from contract through closing. Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina.
- At least 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial real estate law.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Must live in or be willing to commute to the Myrtle Beach area.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work extended hours when necessary, especially at month-end.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing.
- Review title work and closing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout real estate closings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and internal team members.
- Collaborate with the Myrtle Beach office team to ensure smooth, efficient closings.
- Uphold the firm's standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional client service.
