About The Position
The Associate Quality Assurance Analyst will be part of the Quality Assurance team, responsible for ensuring product and process quality across the program. This role involves interfacing with Production, Program Quality Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering personnel to investigate non-conformance issues and drive root-cause corrective actions. Requirements
- Bachelors degree and 1+ year of experience or equivalent combined experience/education.
- Ability to obtain a DoD secret security clearance and must have at least an interim secret security clearance prior to start.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.

- Prior related experience in Quality, Manufacturing and/or corrective action.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve non-conformance issues through root-cause analysis and corrective action.
- Conduct hardware quality audits (HQAs) and Foreign Object Elimination (FOE) walk-downs.
- Prepare CAB and work audit findings, implementing preventive measures.
- Participate in product, process, and surveillance audit/assessment activities to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program and functional quality initiatives.
