About The Position

You will be the Staff Level- Business Process Analyst for the Production Operations Systems team. Our team is responsible for supporting all production programs on site and across the enterprise. As the Staff Level- Business Process Analyst you will be responsible for coordination with business, production, and technology teams to determine system requirements and enhancements, providing logic and justification for implementation. This role offers high visibility, the chance to shape system enhancements across multiple programs, and direct impact on operational efficiency. Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience and a bachelors degree from an accredited university in computer information systems, data analytics, engineering, information technology, or related degree.
  • Experience supporting enterprise resource planning systems in one or more of the following areas: production and inventory control systems, financial tracking systems, human resource information systems, labor accounting systems, material resource planning systems.
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
  • The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

  • Technical, Computer Science, or Information Technology background.

Responsibilities

  • Work with production operations teams to maintain current master data in Manufacturing Execution, MRP, Process Planning, Warehouse Management, Quality, and Labor Accounting Systems
  • Provide data analysis and troubleshoot system processing as required in concurrence with production and operational activities
  • Support Digital Transformation efforts targeted toward streamlining existing processes, optimizing cycle times, reducing errors and improving the user experience and customer satisfaction
  • Work outside of normal operating hours as required
