Associate Project Manager - S
About The Position
As an Associate Project Manager, Peer-to-Peer Community, you will help support and grow H&R Block's internal Peer-to-Peer Support Network, a key component of its Scalable Support strategy. You will partner across Customer Care, Product, Operations, and Support teams to help associates and tax professionals quickly find answers, connect with experts, and share knowledge. You will coordinate community activities, monitor engagement, support operational processes, and identify opportunities to improve the overall support experience. This role is suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping large groups of people succeed through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 1 year of project coordination, program support, community management, customer support, or related experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and common business productivity tools.
