About The Position

Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty company, is seeking a Project Manager to support its Healthcare team. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project. The role directs and supervises contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule requirements to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitability, and adherence to the company’s Safety/Zero Harm culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Nine years of experience in project management.
• Five years of MEP experience.
• Three years of direct supervisory experience.
• Experience with project management software such as Constructware, P6, or Timberline.
• Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, and labor reports.
• Experience with JD Edwards or similar construction applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project financial analysis.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities.
• Manage project scheduling.
• Direct project administration, operations, and close-out.
• Promote customer and community relations.
• Foster a positive culture, leadership, and employee development.
• Direct and supervise contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, financial projections, and schedule requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed with quality, profitability, and adherence to the Safety/Zero Harm culture.
