We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our team, working a hybrid schedule out of the Richfield, OH office. Our culture emphasizes connection, shared learning, and strong relationships, requiring employees in this role to be on-site a minimum of two days a week, with core in-office days typically being Tuesday and Wednesday.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience that includes experience managing small projects or portions of larger, moderately complex projects.
Demonstrates capability in all project management competencies, including planning, executing, and monitoring of IT projects.
Develops business knowledge and the ability to identify and define business needs including an understanding of the organization's business and technology operations.
Demonstrates a customer focus by being responsive, consultative, collaborative and accurate in work approach.
Develops analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

Assists in developing IT project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
Ensures all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and promptly.
Supports the identification and management of project risks and issues, assisting with developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Collaborates with project team members to encourage positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks.
Aids in ensuring projects are delivered with high quality and meet the company's standards and customer expectations.
Tracks project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Uses appropriate verification techniques to assist in managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Assists in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
Provides regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Performs other duties as assigned.
May serve as Scrum Master on an agile team, helping the team through a combination of facilitation and coaching, while also helping those outside the team understand how to interact with the team.
