We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our team, working a hybrid schedule out of the Richfield, OH office. Our culture emphasizes connection, shared learning, and strong relationships, requiring employees in this role to be on-site a minimum of two days a week, with core in-office days typically being Tuesday and Wednesday.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience that includes experience managing small projects or portions of larger, moderately complex projects.
  • Demonstrates capability in all project management competencies, including planning, executing, and monitoring of IT projects.
  • Develops business knowledge and the ability to identify and define business needs including an understanding of the organization's business and technology operations.
  • Demonstrates a customer focus by being responsive, consultative, collaborative and accurate in work approach.
  • Develops analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive decision-making.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in developing IT project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
  • Ensures all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and promptly.
  • Supports the identification and management of project risks and issues, assisting with developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Collaborates with project team members to encourage positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks.
  • Aids in ensuring projects are delivered with high quality and meet the company's standards and customer expectations.
  • Tracks project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Uses appropriate verification techniques to assist in managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Assists in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • Provides regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • May serve as Scrum Master on an agile team, helping the team through a combination of facilitation and coaching, while also helping those outside the team understand how to interact with the team.
