About The Position

We have an amazing opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented operator to solve hard problems and push renewable energy forward. We’re looking for someone who works quickly and efficiently, has an eye for detail, and isn’t afraid of a challenge. Our team is rapidly acquiring commercial customers and developing solar across the country alongside our national network of solar partners, and we need your help! Specifically, you’ll work cross-functionally to help our team develop commercial-scale solar projects across the country, deliver high-quality results for our customers, research and apply key market factors in the solar industry, and leverage Wunder’s industry-leading technology platform to achieve volume and velocity of solar project development. Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of managing complex projects or are a recent graduate with a solid foundation of career experience from a previous internship, part time, or full time role.
  • Experience in Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Solar Development, or a related field.
  • Ability to take initiative to reduce risk and get ahead of problems before they impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Meticulous approach to problem solving and deliverables.
  • Ability to ensure all details to achieve milestones are taken care of on time and on budget.
  • Ability to juggle several balls in the air while managing multiple projects at once.
  • Eagerness to learn about the solar development world and become an expert in the commercial solar market and project management.
  • Openness to new ideas and a desire to learn and evolve.
  • Ability to question the status quo and drive forward with creative and effective solutions.
  • Thrive in a creative, inventive, fast-paced rapid-growth environment.
  • Ability to react quickly and efficiently when called upon to change or pivot.
  • Ability to articulate and roll out solutions, recognizing there are many solutions to the same problem.
  • Ability to find new and effective ways to streamline and create processes to increase efficiency.
  • Must currently live in, or be willing to relocate to, the Boulder/Denver area.
