Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and solve practical problems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
- 1–3 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations in aerospace or defense
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Physics disciplines
- PMP certification
Responsibilities
- Support program management for projects entering or ramping up production
- Track milestones and ensure customer deliverables are met
- Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve issues and keep programs on schedule
- Assist with budget analysis and capacity planning
- Help identify opportunities to grow business within key accounts
- Ensure compliance with financial and contractual requirements
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal teams and customers
- Contribute to problem-solving and process improvements
