The Associate Program Manager supports the Digital Marketing (DM) team by managing projects, developing and implementing processes, and delivering data-driven insights that enhance operational efficiency. This role works closely with cross-functional partners including Salesforce, Analytics, Onboarding Managers and Brand Managers to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding of hoteliers, maintain data accuracy and optimize workflows across the BWH Hotels portfolio. Responsibilities include managing the Digital Marketing Dashboard, analyzing performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. The position also drives hotelier engagement initiatives, identifies areas of improvement, assists with new hire training, participates in industry research, and represents the team at hotelier support events. Strong analytical skills, process implementation experience, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.
