About The Position
L3Harris is seeking a Program Manager to support program execution and proposal efforts within its Global Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) business area. The Senior Associate supports program execution, responses to customer quote requests, and proposal activities. The role also provides program management support across the broader portfolio, including trade compliance activities, export license coordination, and program closeout. The successful candidate will use leadership, team-building, and communication skills to build trust with cross-functional teams and communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to leadership through regular presentations and updates. The position is located in Salt Lake City, Utah, and follows a 9/80 schedule: employees work 9 out of every 14 days, totaling 80 hours, with every other Friday off. Travel may be required up to 25%.
Requirements
- Be pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field or have completed a bachelor's degree within the last 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Support program execution and proposal efforts.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Assist in tracking program cost, schedule, and technical performance metrics throughout the program life cycle.
- Coordinate with Trade Compliance and other functional organizations to obtain required export authorizations and licenses.
- Assist with program closeout and completion of contractual, financial, and administrative requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve program execution processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to leadership through regular presentations and updates.
