About The Position
Assists with analyzing, verifying, tracking, and developing implementation plans for system development and project access implementation. The project plan cycle may include discovery, design, conversion, testing, and other components. The role also supports consultations with departments and provides customer support during and after implementation. Work is performed with direct guidance and generally involves straightforward tasks of moderate complexity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 0–1 years of relevant experience required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with analysis, verification, tracking, and development of implementation plans for system development and project access implementation, including discovery, design, conversion, testing, and other project-plan components.
- Help ensure processes comply with system policies, applicable laws, and contractual bargaining agreements.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to resolve user issues.
- Assist in consulting with departments and provide customer support during and after implementation.
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve concerns, and recommend necessary fixes.
- Perform related duties as required.
