About The Position

Support all aspects of the product life cycle to meet or exceed P&L or DSM goals across C&I or Mass segments. Manage the portfolio’s marketing mix, communications, training, and support needs throughout the organization. Drive the effectiveness of product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• College degree.
• Three years of experience in marketing.
• Skills in product development, launch, problem solving, channel management, program management, and cost management; proven results.

• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide input for product market plans that meet market segment needs and product goals, ensuring portfolio strategies meet customer needs.
• Implement the portfolio’s marketing mix, including pricing, sales channels, launch activities, acquisition and retention, life-cycle management, and customer migration paths.
• Manage day-to-day product portfolio issues to meet cross-segment goals.
• Develop budgets, sales forecasts, DSM goals, and profitability goals; maintain accountability for product P&L.
• Evaluate the product portfolio and implement measures to maintain competitiveness.
• Ensure excellent product implementation and accurate, timely status communications.
• Lead and participate on teams to develop effective marketing strategies, understand product needs, and reinforce cooperation.
